My experience with Courtney was in a group setting. The group was new to carnivore eating. The group members were diverse and all had different reasons for embarking on this approach. This gave me the opportunity to see the depth of Courtney’s knowledge. She not only coached us on diet but physical fitness, balance, stress management, emotional health and managing ourselves and others as we changed. She had so much information and resources at her fingertips. If for some reason she didn’t know something, she researched it and got back to the group. Her follow up was unbelievable. She also has a great ability to encourage others with the right mix of love and “tough love”. I would highly recommend Courtney as your health coach.
